Laetitia’s Interiors

Born and raised in France, Laetitia has spent over a decade immersed in the world of interiors, guided by a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, balance, and beauty. Since moving to Australia in 2021, she’s brought her refined French eye to Laetitia's Interiors: a celebration of thoughtful design, where every piece is chosen to transform spaces into timeless sanctuaries.

Back in the 17th century the Italian Medici-style pottery inspired this shape. It was first created in the town of Anduze, featuring a bell shape with garlands and medallions. Traditionally used to adorn gardens and orangeries, it became a symbol of French elegance and craftsmanship.

The Prestige Bowl is a modern adaptation of the iconic Anduze vase. Known for its wide design, it combines traditional techniques with contemporary aesthetics. It is often used as a timeless decorative centerpiece.

Originally inspired by the Biot village in southern France, these terracotta vessels are known for their rounded, bulbous shape and unique patina. Their timeless design and connection to Mediterranean heritage make them a classic feature of Anduze pottery collections.

Olive oil jars are crafted with durable terracotta, they were historically used to preserve olive oil. Their elegant, rounded shapes and earthy tones reflect the region’s rich heritage, similar to the Biot Jars, they blend functionality and timeless decoration purposes.

The origin of the Mazagran pot style comes from the 19th century in Algeria. The French colonial era influenced a tall, narrow ceramic cup used by French soldiers to drink a cold coffee drink called “mazagran”. The distinct shape became associated with the drink and remains an iconic reference to both cultures.
